The Remedy Atlas is an educational and historical resource. It documents how natural remedies have been used across cultures and geographies, and summarizes what current scientific research says about them. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed healthcare professional.

What we do

What we don't do

Before trying any remedy discussed on this site or channel

On the evidence itself

Where we cite scientific studies, we link to the original source so you can read it yourself. Evidence quality varies widely between remedies — some have strong clinical trial support, others are backed mainly by tradition and limited research. We flag this clearly on every entry using our Evidence Strength rating, rather than implying all remedies are equally proven.
